Save Our Sussex Alliance (SOSA) was formed in 2011 by a number of local action groups affected by planning decisions taken by Horsham Council. It has rapidly grown in membership and now unites groups from both East & West Sussex in a common fight to stop development on Greenfield land throughout the two counties.
The Greening Campaign is an innovative idea to help motivate people to reduce their energy consumption and therefore lower their personal and community carbon footprint.

Britain's oldest conservation society. Our aim is to protect, increase, enhance and champion the common land, village greens, open spaces and public rights of way in England and Wales, and the public's right to enjoy them.

The South Downs Society: Protecting the Downs since 1923.
Our prime concern is the protection of the unique landscape of the South Downs, and membership is open to all.

The Worthing Society, originally the Worthing Civic Society (founded 1973), was formed in 1982. It's main aims are to conserve and preserve the architectural amenities of Worthing and the surrounding area, and to stimulate interest and research into the town's history.
